the dip stick is snapped off in the oil tank but it hasnt actually gone into it,its wedged in the whole were the lid is this is stopping me from seeing if theres oil in the tank and theres no screen to look through either. i was wondering if not having any oil in there could cause the bike to rev really hard when in neutral. i know the simplest thing to do would be to put some in there but i cant buy any at the moment not till tomorrow wondering if any one knows?

Sorry, no can do. A motorcycle’s fuel pump doesn’t create a vacuum in the fuel tank. It’s an electric pump that “pushes” fuel out of the tank. Any negative pressure created in the tank is relieved by fuel returning through the return line. Therefore, no vacuum.
Car’s built before the 70’s used a mechanical fuel pump, that actually “sucked” fuel out of the tank creating a vacuum. That’s the type of fuel pump that you would need to perform that.

and the company that makes them….have a feeling its Chinese… proper answers please…i know Chinese bikes are crap.

i’d like opinions of what you think about bikes compared to cars.. quality-wise and branb-wise. so whicj brand of bikes best describes:
-the best for everyday car.. ford \ toyota
-performance and good price – honda \ audi
-elegance and sporty – mercedes
-classy and expensive – bentley
-top of the range performance – ferrari..
and after all what d u reckon is the ultimate 600cc and 1000cc

Basically if i pull the throttle straight back then it starts to die down and then eventually cuts off. I have to pull it back quite slowly so it will rev, does anyone know what could be wrong with it, or ever heard of this problem before

My mini moto starts fine and idles well. when i pull back the throttle all the way i get a deep gurgle a few splutters and it dies. i have changed my fuel filter, stripped the engine and cleaned it and put it back. still having the same problem. any ideas? thanks
