Most states have a motorcycle safety course in which you get your license upon completion of the course. The road test is waived because you are actually doing the road test during the course. The course I took began Friday evening with a classroom-type setting (films, etc.). On Saturday, everyone was furnished a 250 cc motorcycle to ride. Instructors demonstrated certain maneuvers and each of us would practice over and over until we could handle the bike comfortably. Sunday we did these moves and were graded; those who passed received their license. This safety course teaches you so much and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Four weeks after completing this course, I rode my bike to the Myrtle Beach Fall Rally which is 500 miles each way. The following year, I rode my bike from Kentucky to Key West (a 2700 mile round trip). To see pics go to our website — we have over 16 pages.

Heavy Metal Fonts

I am a teenage girl who has previously had a yamaha 50 and a honda crf 80. I am looking at getting a new bike because the 80 is to small now. I want to get a ktm 150 ( 4 stroke) or a kawasaki 140 ( 4 stroke).
I was wondering if you could suggest some more bikes and decide for me which one to buy.
I was also wondering if you think I could handle a 2 stroke (like an 85)

I crashed my friends motorbike at work, I feel so bad, I promised him I wouldn’t damage it that’s why he let me on it, I went screaming round a corner and something came round, I then swerved and crashed into a metal fence, I’ve knocked off the mirror and scracthed the paint job a big scratch!
I feel really bad, I’ve offered to pay for any damage, but what can I say to him to make things ok?

I’ve completed my driving test, but have not done any motorcycle training or tests. But I want a motorbike instead of a car, for 2 reasons of equal importance:
1. It’s fun!
2. It’s so much cheaper to insure and to keep fuelled, amongst a few other things.
The bike I am going to be saving for, second hand or first hand if I can find one cheap enough, is an Aprilia RS125.
Of course, I will have to do the CBT first, which is just 1 day of training that will allow me to ride for 2 years with an L plate. That should cost about £100, which won’t be too hard.
What do you think? Should I go ahead with this and get the RS125, or wait and save up for a boring car that will drain all my income and be a complete waste of space (in my opinion!).

im 16 at the moment, but when i turn 17, i will either learn to drive car or motorbike. i love both of them, and can easily afford to own a motorbike, and i will be insured on my mums car if choose to drive that.
i cant make up my mind what to choose
anybody else had this situation???

I am 17 and live in the uk, therefore cannot get anything bigger than a 125cc.
I want something sporty and that costs less that £1000 and something reliable (because it will probably be second hand) any suggestions?

I have also gone bankrupt because of it,

38 years old & just passed motorbike test, not too much experience on bikes but would look silly on a 125. was thinking of a suzuki bandit or maybe a triumph tiger, i am a sensible person who won’t be popping wheelies and would appreciate any advice on what bikes i should maybe look at.

Please tell me the ads disads of both and your opinion in the end and which advantage did u choose it for
