I am the second owner of this beautiful bike.Is this bike rare and can I get original parts easily and cheap in order to restore it to Concourse standard.I need immediately the small gear position indicator that sits on top of the headlight assly.,a brake rod and a gear lever also tank rubber pads and handle bar grips.

I mean a few days ago, I received a ticket for driving without a seat belt, even though I was wearing it. I put the cross strap under my arm so it will not cut into my neck. But this prevented the officer from seeing it, and trying to explain this was like talking to a post.
When I paid the ticket, the fine was like $53, and all of the fees added onto it made the total $143.
Well, you can say what you want but you cannot convince me for a second that they are really that concerned about your safety in this great state of Texas.
You can ride a motorcycle in P.E. shorts, and no helmet at all. (Which pretty much guarantees you will be maimed or killed.) Now if this was really a big safety issue, I feel that they would not have repealed, yes repealed the motorcycle helmet law a few years ago. Guess there weren’t enough bucks for fines on that. But the Seat Belt law is a gold mine. Even though they have no business telling me what to do in my own car!.

secure myself with a seat belt, have a car with air bags, safety glass, collapsable steering column, etc. And still pay outrageous insurance premimums, even though I have never been at fault in an accident. But people with motorcycles get to drive around with no helmets, no safety clothing requirements, loud pipes, and their insurance is nowhere near what I pay. I think their insurance should be ten times what a car owner pays. What do you think?

I asked about motorcycle safety in my last question and I’ve been looking all over and going to dealers to sit on bikes and scooters. The problem is I have an inseam of only 25″ since I’m only 5″ tall (and a guy which really sucks) it pretty much eliminates me to a handful of exotic and less popular bikes. Honda rebel, Buell Blast I haven’t tested but they are the lowest I can find. I was able to sit on the Kawasaki Eliminator (which is only a 125cc), and even the scooters like the Kymco Grand Vista 250 or the Yamaha Morpheus. I would like to ride something like a ninja 250 but I can’t even get my leg on the other side. Most bikes have an average 30″ seat height so am I limited to the Buell blast and Honda rebel?

I know statistics and safety. My question is why is the government making me be safe? Can I not choose for myself? I would wear a helmet and do wear seat belts. I just don’t like the idea of being forced to do something that only affects me and my safety. I’d be interested in others thoughts.

Sounds dumb to me that you have the option not to wear a helmet on a two wheel vehicle, but they make ya wear a seat belt when your on four wheels, airbags and all the other safety features. lol.

My dad’s just bought a Honda CBF and the instruction manual is under the seat but we don’t know how to get to it because we need the instruction manual to know what to do?
Help me?

i haven’t seen one and I don’t think there are any manufacturers that even make one for kids by law passengers on motorcycles must be able to touch the passenger foot pegs so I highly doubt you will find one
