preferably for kids in the south east/kent area.

i am about to turn 16 so want something to get around on.
i don’t though want a crappy thing that will struggle to 40mph
i know of the aprilia rs 50 that’s capable with decent exhaust of 80mph
but i would rather a supermoto/supercross style
any help would be much appreciated

Not legal in the UK, The offence is obstructing the footway, fixed penalty ticket of £30 or at a Magistrates Court a maximum fine of £1000.

I have recently been told by an Adelaide motorbike accessory retailer that respraying and selling motorbike helmets is not legal? I’m wondering if he just wants the business for himself?

Okay so I’m sitting around and I see an ATV go down the road. And I think… hm, it is probably not legal but can I make one legal?
So for all intents and purposes I took the Honda Big Red Side-by-Side UTV “MUV” for my little experiment.
It’s actually bigger than the car I drive now, “wow, right?” and although it cannot reach 65 mph, I have read that it has gone 54 mph, which is alright if I do not use the highways as most road are 25, 35, 45 or 55 where I would be driving it.
Alright so then I went and I found my copy of the Digest of Ohio Motor Vehicle Laws (other copies could be found online), and I read about registering your vehicle and what they check for.
I’ve seen pictures of Road-legal ATVS registered in California as Motorcycles after being converted to a three-wheeler. And my first approach was to see what I could do about adjusting the Big Red to a three-wheeler, and I decided that because it is so much like a car (and would cost about the same as a car after the process was completed) I figured leave it with four wheels.
Now specifics are best left up to the book. But I have gone through and picked what would need to be present when it is checked and registered.
My list contains:
Minimum 1/16 inch treaded tires “road legal”
Primary Brake
Emergency Brake
Two Headlights
One Taillight visible 500ft away
Two Taillights visible 500ft away when brakes are applied
Illuminated Rear Registration plate
Two red reflectors (separate or apart of taillights)
Turn signals visible 300ft in normal sunlight
Safety Glass
Exhaust Pipe
Equipped with standard muffler
Rearview mirror
Windshield Wipers
Windshield Washer
Horn capable of being heard at least 200 ft
Safety Belts
Windshield
Side windows
E-Checkable Engine (Ohio Emission’s test)
Speedometer
Now if I found a way to add all these items to the Big Red, would I be allowed to register it as a car?
I understand that it is easier and almost exactly the same price as buying a small truck but I just want to know if it is possible.
Could they deny me the plates based on the fact it WAS an off-road vehicle, or would they give me them seeing as it lives up to everything a car would?

I don’t think so, but if the passenger fell off the bike and got hurt, the driver is at risk. Best thing to do? Don’t drink even if you are just a passenger.

What 50cc motorbike has great hadling, fuel consumtion, comfort, looks and can reach high speeds??? and if possible please leave a link to where i can buy one from and how much they cost around. Thanks

I have been finding plans for these race cars called “midget racers” all over the internet and they seem to date from the 30s-50s and I just discovered a midget made by a company called Offenhauser which every plan from the 50s seems to copy in terms of looks. I’m seriously considering to build one of these but I want it to be fully street legal if I do it as I want to use it as transportation. The plans I have seen are vastly different in terms of the motor and transmission. Some use car parts and small motors and some use motorcycle motors and transmissions.[Many use a hybrid of both sources] And I’m trying to figure out brakes, lights, and safety equipment but because many use motorcycle parts I don’t know if the Californian DMV will consider it a motorcycle or not.

I’m 18 and thinking about getting a superbike

Hi, I was wondering if exterior lighting on a car or a motorcycle like glow coming from under the car was legal in cananda? i remember a while back it was illegal, I figured it was a safety thing. But i was wondering if that has changed since then? If i put a glow on my motorcycle, am i gonna get fined?
