preferably for kids in the south east/kent area.

my friend will eb there to help me and i know it has 49cc and goes 100kmph and its also registered…he said 120 or 190 pounds thats like 240 or 380 dollars i cant remember exactly what he said so is that good? What could I aks him about the bike to know if its good? what should it look like? what to expect?

its been three years since Ive driven a bike so lets say I have never driven one (I do cycle so that will help) any suggestions? will it be stupid if Im looking at the bike and not being able to drive it? my friend will tho!
