Go to Folkestone, (for the train) or Dover (for the ferry). Follow the A16 south to Paris.
Take the E15 (Dijon) motorway), and then the E21 toward Lyon.
From there, the E70 will take you to Turin. At Piazenca, take the right fork onto the E35 toward Modena. Voila. Bologna.

a- how long will it take for the motorbike to catch up to bus if both vehicles continue same direction on highway (to the nearest 10th)
b- to nearest mile, how far did the motorbike travel before if caught up to the bus.

When you take your licence, do the longest course you can afford prior to taking your test to give you maximum experience on the bigger bikes.
My local test centre uses cbf500s which are pretty heavy and you need to be pretty competent on a 125 before they will let you use the 500s. Most of the bike school machines are tourers and do not have the same grunt as a sportsbike, so bear that in mind after passing your test as its one thing to ride a cbf500, and another to have a go on something like a cbr600, r6 etc.
As long as you can ride the larger bike safely and have good control when riding at slow speed, you should be fine.
The bike test is going to change in March and become a lot harder and more expensive, so try to book yourself in as soon as you can.
Kit yourself out with the best helmet and protective gear you can, you cant put a price on your life!
Before buying a new bike, make sure you can fit comfortably on it with your feet able to touch the ground, because most new riders will take a spill at some point and youll need to be able to either stabilize the bike or at worse, be strong enough to pick it up from the floor!

For the U turn, which is where I and many others have stuffed up over the years, keep your revs reasonably high and control your speed with the back brake and clutch.
When you pull out at a junction, make sure there is a whopping big gap to move into; bigger than you actually need if you can get it. You’ll get marked down if you force another vehicle to brake; if it’s serious enough you’ll automatically fail.
Remember your basics. Lifesavers. Every one missed is a minor mistake. Mirror, signal, lifesave, manoeuvre at every single junction or lane change, and make sure you start the sequence fairly early.
If your instructor has been doing what every other riding school in the country does, you’ll already have been over the roads that the examiner will take you which does give you a surprising degree of help.
Hope that’s of some help. Most of it should have been drummed into you by your instructor anyway.

P.S. CBT’s nothing to worry about. Just listen to the instructor. And it’s not a pass/ fail thing either, except that if you’re really poor they won’t let you out on the road. And don’t worry about your first day on the 500cc bike… it sits on the road far better than any 125 does. More stable and easier to handle.

A guy two years younger than me, has had a motorcycle incident. Prior to that, he has been courting me. I never paid attention because of our age difference. I’m older and I kind of like him as my younger brother. Last night, after calling for an umpteenth time, his aunt told me that his in the hospital in the ER, and had broken ribs. I was able to talk to him this morning before he was tranquilized for operation. I asked him why he never told me… since we’ve been talking on the phone, and he was conscious during those times. He said he never wanted me to worry. Right now, I’m so crushed and praying to death for his safety. His doctors stated that there’s a chance he might not make it. What if I found out that I loved him ever since and he….? He asked me again if I love him… and I’m so confused if I do or I’m just saying yes out of pity. Or should I lie just to give him a reason to live (lie, because I’m not sure I love him yet)?

i can’t afford a car and i want to of stopped using the bus with the next wight months. buses are unreliable in my town and i can’t risk being late for work bcoz of a late or brokendown bus. this has happened in the past and i’ve been sacked cos of it

im travelling through thailand cambodia and vietnam in some parts im going to want to rent some form of transport. The only problem is i lost my driving licence tHe other week and aint got time to have one sent to me befor i go. Do you need one to rent motor bikes or cars any advice please???.
