Basically the question’s in the name, I’m new to bikes and I was trying out my bike earlier but kept stalling it and my friend said it was probably because I didn’t let it warm up first.

I’m 15 and wondering about what tests and other things you need to pass to be able to ride bikes like the Kawasaki Ninja. Can anyone be botherd to tell me?

I asked a question about what kind of motorcycle to get and 9 out of 10 people didn’t answer my question and instead told me not to buy one because they’re “dangerous” … sigh, if everyone on this site are such little wussies then why do I even bother?

They put them on motorcycles. ATV’s structurally resemble a car more than motorcycles IMHO.

I ride my gear’d cycle very well can do practically anything on it..

There is Top Gear, 5th gear etc. but no programme on bicycles, motorbikes etc. We are encouraged to get onto 2 wheels in the cities to help congestion and pollution, but there is no program about this, where we could learn about different bicycles, commuting and safety advice, motorcycles for dispatch riding, commuting leisure and high performance etc.
Isnt it time we had a program like this?

smoking,and eating too much, and a million other things, why is it the government’s business to tell people how to live if they are only physically hurting themselves? people ride motorcycles, which is a hundred times more dangerous than riding in a car unbuckled. so its not for safety, what else is it for?

motorcycles cause less congestion, less pollution and use less gasoline. Yes there are safety issues, but with wiser road design and education a lot could be done about that.

if you can pass your cbt test and then allowed to ride a 125 cc motorbike on the roads how does getting a restricted license help? and how fast in mph would a 125 cc bike go?
