Author: On a cbt, 125cc limited to 14.6bhp but the bhp rule isn’t really enforced so most people ignore it and run around on full power (25-30bhp) 2 strokes.
If you take your full test you can ride any cc bike you want but by law it must be 33bhp or less for 2 years. If the bike is already under 33bhp, thats fine. If not restrictor washers are supposed to be fitted to limit the power. But again, it is very rarely enforced so most people ignore the 2 year rule and ride full power right from passing their test.

What i need here is more of a technical answer…. i know cc is some engine volume but I want to know how it is significant.
