    1. get ur drivers license or permit.
    2. study for the motorcycle permit test (its harder than the car one)
    3. pass the test
    4. sign up for an msf class
    5. pass the msf class
    6. wait for certificate in the mail
    7. bring ceritificate to dmv and pay fee

I don’t think you can get a motorcycle license at age 15. But if you are 16 or 17, you have to complete all GDL requirements and a motorcycle safety course before you can take the actual “on-cycle” test to obtain a motorcycle license or endorsement.
I completed mine at 16 and obtained my motorcycle license at 16 and still valid at 18.

you have to see what the age is to get a learners permit in your jurisdiction. So go online and do some searching for your state or province. then you go to the DMV and do the written test to see if you pass. You should look at the information they have and study it so you do not fail the initial test. You will probably need to have one of your parents go with you to the DMV for them to sign for you.

See if your DMV has a website. In New York its “NYSDMV.com. They have everything on there.
