If it’s registered in the E.U. (which it is) there is no V.A.T. to pay.
To get it registered with a British number plate, contact the D.V.L.A. for details. It’s usually pretty straightforward, though.

you can go on line to the DVLA site or go into your local DVLA office and register the bike in the UK, you will need the V5 to do this in the local office
It costs around £20 – £30
